Apartment Painting Reimbursement Schedule To maintain apartment interiors in good condition, it is the JCHA's Maintenance Policy that the apartment walls and trim around windows and doors be painted once every three years. To encourage this effort, residents will be reimbursed by check according to the following schedule of payments determined by apartment bedroom size once it is determined by the Site Manager that the apartment meets the painting standards as outlined in the policy. Residents will receive reimbursement for painting individual rooms, ceilings or walls. However, the total amount given must not exceed the appropriate amount for the bedroom size and will be processed ONCE in a three year period. Reimbursement will be as follows:
