Goal 6: Maximize Participant and

responsible families and senior citizens with Rental Assistance (Section 8 Certificates
and Vouchers) to gain safe and standard privately-owned housing to the fullest extent
feasible, and ensure that the rental assistance positively contributes to the stability
of the neighborhoods into which Program recipients move.

Goal 8: Ensure Civil Rights and
Fair Housing Opportunities
The JCHA shall carry out all

programs; and affirmatively further fair housing to encourage diversity and promote
broad and fair housing choices and opportunities.

Goal 9: Supportive Goals
JCHA Primary Goals must be
supported by key internal organizational directions and actions. These directions
